Chalet Luma is a perfect family retreat within walking distance of Hirafu village, in the peaceful forest of St Moritz. Though only 1.3 kms from the centre of Hirafu, the house includes a morning shuttle service to the lifts, and a return trip back in the afternoon. Chalet Luma accommodates up to 9 guests (a sofabed is available for the ninth guest).

Gaining global interest as a multi-season destination, Niseko is a two-hour drive from Sapporo. The popular ski town is well known for some of the lightest and most consistent powder snow conditions in the world, while the surrounding area is dotted with hot spring resorts and several golf courses against a backdrop of snowcapped peaks.

Offering 200 ski in ski out deluxe twin and deluxe king guest rooms and corner suites designed to accommodate up to three people, the Green Leaf provides unobstructed views of Mt. Yotei from the Hirafu base village and a range of home-away comforts. Guest-room amenities include a 32-inch flat-screen TV, Dream Beds, complimentary Wi-Fi, adjustable massage shower head and bathtub, iPod docking station, yukata and Japanese teas. The Green Leaf has one of the most beautiful natural rock-pool hot springs (onsen). Originating from 100-percent natural mineral hot spring, the Green Leaf onsen water is renowned for it’s therapeutic qualities. Guests can also rejuvenate at the Green Leaf Spa, and have a range of 15- to 60-minute treatments and massages. The excellent onsite buffet restaurant completes the experience. Featuring local seafood and Hokkaido produce, the Japanese fusion buffet, goshiki provides quality dining and excellent views of the Mt. Yotei and the Konbu Range.

Completed in 2006, Youtei Tracks’ upper village location cannot be beaten. Approx. 350 m to the Ace Family chair, this stylish building is surrounded by the best Hirafu has to offer in restaurants and bars. Large windows allow for maximum natural light. All furnishings have been hand selected by Australian interior designer, Lynn Malone, for maximum comfort and function. Each kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher and stove top. Laundry facilities are located in the entrance area of each apartment, making these facilities available to all guests when the two key apartments are rented separately.The basement has large ski and drying rooms and each apartment has secure facilities within each. The ski room has a fully equipped tuning bench for guest use.

Located in the Upper Village approx. 300 m to the Ace Family chair, this chic and comfortable building is surrounded by the best Hirafu has to offer in onsens, restaurants and bars. Powder Tracks was built in 2005. Each unit has triple-glazed panoramic windows allowing for maximum natural light and privacy. South facing units have impressive Mount Yotei views. Fully furnished, open plan kitchen and designer living spaces ensure the level of comfort and independence Hokkaido Tracks is renowned for. The large basement area offers fully equipped laundry facilities, secure ski storage, fully equipped ski tuning bench and drying room.
