The Birch Ridge is available for your group or family to rent as one entire ski lodge. In addition to the rooms, you'll have full run of the house which includes an amazing renovated A-frame Great Room with lounge & bar, dining room with pool table, large entryway & sitting area with games & flat screen TV. One additional half bathroom completes the property. The commercial kitchen is available for guests, or you may hire a private chef for your stay & they can takeover the kitchen & dining room too! Located right on the main road in Killington, you're 1.6 miles to the base & can walk to the Sunup bakery for breakfast or The Wobbly Barn for dinner & nightlife. You can even catch the shuttle to the mountain on the main road! The charming covered carriageway makes this a true Vermont experience & doubles as a place to park your cars in the event of a snowstorm! Two large outdoor hot tubs are available for soaking your sore muscles after a day on the slopes. Our event space next to the property is a tented area with tables and chairs and available to rent separately during the spring, summer and fall. Welcome to Killington Mountain View, our renovated two bedroom, two bathroom Trail Creek loft. This beautiful top floor condo is located right next to Killington Resort and offers ski home access during the peak ski season. As you enter the spacious condo, you'll find a large mudroom with 12-port boot dryer system, primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath, second bedroom with king bed, additional bathroom, spacious living room with fireplace (free firewood provided), dining room with seating for six, laundry, and fully equipped kitchen on the main floor. Head upstairs to the loft where you'll find additional sleeping with two twin beds. Tastefully decorated with many thoughtful touches, you'll enjoy high-speed Internet, smart TVs throughout, games, AC for summer, and much more. You may not want to go out! The Trail Creek Activity Center features pool, hot tubs, sauna, exercise equipment and game room. We can't wait to host you and your group.

(Secret local's tip: Pico is a great place to ski on peak weekends and holidays when Killington is much busier, and it's always perfect for families.) Our renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is the perfect place to call home while you're in Killington. Featuring new furnishings and appliances along with some great local artwork, you'll relax by the gas fireplace after a day on the slopes and can cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen.
